MAPCLUB POINTS

MAPCLUB is a loyalty membership program to provide a seamless online-to-offline experience where you can earn and exchange MAPCLUB points for every transaction at all MAP offline and online stores. By joining MAPCLUB, you will get access to personalized offers, latest collections and special product launches.

HOW TO EARN AND REDEEM MAPCLUB POINTS

When making a transaction at the store, provide your cell phone number to our Cashier Staff. If you purchase online, you can simply log in to your MAPCLUB account during the payment process. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADDITION OF MAPCLUB POINTS

  1. MAPCLUB Points are only earned for every order that has been successfully shipped.
  2. Points will be generated from each transaction value after deducting VAT.
  3. If a product is returned, the MAPCLUB Points obtained will be canceled according to the product returned.
  4. If your MAPCLUB account experiences a negative balance after returning points, MAPCLUB has the right to contact you to request that you make a payment equal to the negative balance and or suspend/cancel your membership.
  5. MAPCLUB Points will be credited 30 (thirty) days after the product is received.

MAPCLUB POINTS EXCHANGE

  1. Points cannot be used for COD (Cash on Delivery) payment methods.
  2. For each transaction cancellation, MAPCLUB points will be automatically cancelled, or, canceled proratedly if partial cancellation occurs.
  3. After the return is approved, the points exchanged during the transaction will be returned within 7 (seven) days with a prorated calculation.
